How does booking work?
Choose your service, pay securely online, then pick your appointment time. You’ll get confirmations from both the payment and the booking.
Why do I pay before booking?
Paying first confirms your appointment and reserves Robin’s time — especially important for mobile visits, which involve travel. It keeps scheduling fair and reliable for everyone.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Reschedule free with at least 24 hours’ notice. For mobile visits a travel/booking portion is non-refundable once Robin is en route; online and apostille services are refundable until work begins. No-shows and same-day cancellations may forfeit the fee.
Are these prices final?
The notarial act itself is set by Texas law; travel, rush, printing, and apostille service fees are shown up front so there are no surprises. Unusual jobs (extra mileage, embassy legalization) are confirmed with you first. This is not legal advice.
