1 Your email and document

You must be one of the people signing. Your session invitation, private order link and updates go to this address. If someone else is signing instead, they should place the order.

One complete PDF, up to 6 MB (6,291,456 bytes), without password protection. Sign only during the video session. Uploading does not charge your card.

2 Seals and signers

One signer and one seal are included. Add a seal for each additional notarial certificate. Each additional signer needs their own email and completes the identity check personally.

3 Confirm and review

Do not enter your Social Security number or upload your photo ID here. The secure identity check takes place with the notary session provider.

Your card is charged only after the notarized document is ready. If the session does not finish, the hold is released.

Identity-check requirements

Each signer needs a valid U.S. address and a Social Security number issued at least two years ago. Identity checks take place through the partner’s secure session. Do not enter your Social Security number or upload your photo ID in this order form.

    Make sure it is complete and unsigned. Confirm acceptance and the required notarial certificate with the recipient.

  2. Upload here and authorize

    Use the form above to choose any extra seals or signers. Authorize the displayed card hold securely with Stripe, then return to your NotaryAve order.

  3. Meet the notary by video

    Each signer follows their own invitation to the notary provider’s secure session and completes the identity check.

  4. Download your document here

    Sign during the call. Once the notarized PDF is ready, the card is charged and your private NotaryAve order page provides the download.

Service conditions

This online partner option is separate from a personal appointment with Robin. A commissioned notary conducts the session. The service merchant and complete total are identified during secure checkout. Starting an order does not guarantee an immediate session or that a document can be notarized.

The base price is $50 for one signer and one seal, including a $25 notary session fee and $25 handling. Additional seals and signers cost $15 each, within the limits shown above. Any applicable tax appears before you authorize the card hold. If fewer seals are applied, you pay only for the seals applied.

Your card is charged only after the notarized PDF is ready. You can cancel from your private order page before the session starts. A cancelled, expired or unfinished session releases the hold; your bank controls when that release appears. Confirm document acceptance, certificate and witness requirements with the recipient before ordering. Sign only during the video session.

Your order information

Your email addresses, uploaded PDF and order details are used to create and manage the notarization, deliver invitations and updates, and provide the completed document. These details are shared with the service systems and secure notary provider needed to carry out your request.

Stripe processes the card authorization; NotaryAve does not receive your card details. Identity verification takes place with the notary session provider. Do not enter a Social Security number or upload photo ID in this form or the chat.

A private cookie lets this browser open your order. Your email contains a private access link; anyone with that link can open the order, join its session, download documents or cancel it. Keep the link private. For questions about your order information, reply to an order email or contact Robin. Return to the order form.

Who provides this 24/7 option?
This is the NotaryAve 24/7 partner service. A commissioned notary conducts the video session through the secure notary provider. It is separate from booking a personal appointment with Robin Nunn. The service merchant is identified during secure checkout.
Can I start an order while Robin is unavailable?
Yes. You can start a partner order 24/7. A session depends on partner availability, document suitability and successful identity checks; an immediate connection is not guaranteed. Robin's personal appointments remain subject to her availability.
What does the $50 price include?
One signer and one notarial seal: a $25 notary session fee plus $25 handling. Each additional seal costs $15, up to three additional seals, and each additional signer costs $15, up to two additional signers. The partner checkout shows the total and any applicable tax before you authorize the hold. This partner price is separate from Robin's quoted services.
When is my card charged?
Checkout authorizes a card hold. The card is charged only after the notarized PDF is ready. If you cancel before the session starts, or the session is cancelled, expires or does not finish, the hold is released. Your bank controls how quickly the hold disappears.
What document and equipment should I have ready?
Have the complete, unsigned PDF, up to 6 MB and not password-protected, a valid photo ID, and a device with a camera, microphone and reliable internet. Confirm that the recipient accepts online notarization and which certificate or witnesses are needed. Sign only during the video session.
Who should place the order?
A person who will sign places the order using their own email. Upload the PDF and add any other signers using the form on this page. Each receives an invitation and completes the identity check personally. Every signer needs a U.S. address and a Social Security number issued at least two years ago.
Do I need to create an account or leave NotaryAve?
